I think we all have them. Things that make us smile and things that make us grumble, frown, or even scowl.
Grin and Grumble is a blog that discusses marketing tidbits and the daily happenings of life in the Boston area. Sometimes these topics bring out the Cheshire Cat grin. Other times, well, it’s more like Archie Bunker.

Grin and Grumble is published by Sean Maney. I’m a marketing professional who has served as a marketing consultant, helped develop a dot.com (yes, it eventually failed), and worked for both large and small public relations agencies. I currently run the marketing efforts for a Boston area non-profit.
On the personal front, I’m 37. I have a great wife (we’re DINKS–dual income, no kids) and we live north of Boston in a small town. I’m a country boy who travels to a city to work.
You won’t have to read much to see that I love the ocean, boats, and dogs. I start to get anxious if I travel too far from the ocean. You’ll also see that I’m often working around the house, trying my best to fix things, often at the expense of my thumbs and toes.
Family is important to me. So too is exercise. I enjoy running and working out. Listening to music. SCUBA. Reading. I like a lot of things, new media being one of them. Please read the blog and you’ll know more!
